Healthcare errands by phone, as an API.
Your software sends an action, such as "is this prescription ready at this pharmacy". Vene finds the right number, calls, and returns a structured result. You never give Vene a number to dial.

Action types

| Pharmacy status | Asks whether a prescription is ready, and why a fill is stuck. |
| Pharmacy transfer | Moves a prescription to another pharmacy. |
| Pharmacy stock check | Asks pharmacies who has enough of a drug. |
| Find availability | Asks an office about new patients, plans, and openings. |
| Book appointment | Books an in-person visit. |
| Reschedule appointment | Moves a visit. |
| Cancel appointment | Cancels a visit. |
Conventions
- Base URL.
https://api.venehealth.com. Every path starts with its version, such asPOST /v1/actions. - Format. JSON in and out. A bad field gets
400 invalid_request, naming the field. - Times. ISO 8601 with an offset, such as
2026-11-02T15:00:00-08:00. Dates areYYYY-MM-DD. - Phone numbers. E.164, such as
+14155550123. - IDs. Each starts with its kind:
act_,call_,q_,opt_,evt_, ormsg_.
